God created human intimacy for His glory and our joy. It mirrors and declares the holy, intertwined, and enraptured unity of the Holy Trinity (Father, Son, Holy Spirit). And it's what God created for our joy and enjoyment in the fulfillment of His mandate for us to Be Fruitful & Multiply. Because it is so important to God and so powerful human flourishing, it is the focus of Satan's agenda of distortion and destruction.
