The "world" defines "peace" far less affectively than God. Worldly peace hinges upon strictly defined parameters of lack of conflict based around human relationship and unwritten social contracts. Whereas God defines peace a full and complete flourishing of all that exists as God had originally created it. God has ordained us to be peaceMAKERS, not simply placating peaceKEEPERs, because God created mankind to live in flourishing and tranquility.
